IN/Memory of/COL. JONATHAN FITCHETT,/of the Confederate Army, who was/born 21st Dec. 1828, died of his/wounds received in the battle be/fore Richmond at the Winder Hos-/pital, Aug. 12th, 1862./His remains/were brought home and are here/interred to await the morn of that/Resurrection when the loved of/Earth will be gathered together/again to part no more forever./"Rest Warrior, Rest."
