Cynthia McCully Barry Aug 27, 1799 - Aug 10, 1879

IN MEMORY/OF/CYNTHIA BARRY/August 10th, 1879/aged 79 years 11 months/&12 days./W.R. BARRY/A member of Company C/17th Regiment Hagood's/Brigade S.C.V. Killed/at Petersburg, Va. on June 24, 1864/aged 37 years, 1 month, & 12 days.
Description:
Broken marble tablet encased in concrete, and currently upright with support of rebar. A panel inset on the back side of the concrete-encased original marble tablet has the birth and death dates of Cynthia McCully Barry, William Randolph Barry, and William Barry's wife Sarah Barber Barry. Also included is information on William Barry's military service during the Civil War.
